About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of live events across the UK market. You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring events are set up accurately and run smoothly across our platforms. In this role, your primary focus will be on high-quality operational delivery at scale. You’ll support event setup, inventory and pricing accuracy, and respond to partner and internal requests with speed and care. Working within established processes and with guidance from senior team members, you’ll build confidence in identifying issues, asking the right questions, and escalating when needed. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider Supply Operations team and cross-functional partners to support onsales, live trading, access programmes, and post-event checks. Success in this role is driven by attention to detail, clear communication, and a strong service mindset.

Please note: This is a full-time role and candidates must be based in the greater London area. We work in the office a minimum of two days per week and offer flexibility for the remaining days. The Supply Operations team supports events seven days a week. Team members work five days per week on a rotating schedule, which regularly includes weekend work. Schedules vary week to week, but candidates should expect to work a minimum of two weekends per month.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Accurate Operational Execution: Events and inventory are set up and maintained correctly, following established processes with minimal errors.
  • Reliable Partner Support: Venue and supply partners receive timely, clear, and helpful operational responses.
  • Consistent Inventory Management: Inventory loads, updates, and pricing changes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Effective Escalation: Issues and uncertainties are flagged promptly, with clear context and supporting detail.
  • Process Adherence & Growth: Work is completed in a structured, repeatable way, with growing confidence in systems, tools, and workflows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Event & Inventory Operations: Support the setup and maintenance of UK events across internal systems and sales channels. Load and manage ticket inventory with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness. Process event amendments, cancellations, and postponements in coordination with senior team members. Assist with UK access programmes, including rush, lottery, and other initiatives.
  • Partner & Internal Support: Respond to day-to-day operational enquiries from UK venue and supply partners, primarily via email and internal tools. Communicate clearly and professionally regarding inventory status, updates, and operational changes. Work closely with senior associates and managers to resolve issues and escalate risks when needed.
  • Reporting, Checks & Reconciliation: Support the preparation of operational reports and routine checks. Assist with post-event reconciliation tasks and investigations into discrepancies. Follow audit and quality-control processes, flagging potential errors or inconsistencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Merchandising, Partnerships, Venue Partners, and Customer Experience teams to support smooth event launches and sales. Support the rollout of new tools, integrations, and operational processes in the UK market. Follow documented SOPs and contribute feedback to improve workflows and documentation.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • Experience in live events, ticketing, operations, or another detail-heavy, high-volume operational environment.
  • Interest in the end-to-end ticketing lifecycle for live events.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort executing structured, repeatable tasks.
  • Clear written communication skills and confidence working via email and internal tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (Excel or similar).
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn.
  • Flexibility to support event schedules, including some weekend coverage.
  • An interest in theatre, arts, festivals, or live entertainment more broadly.
