About Secret Cinema: Secret Cinema produces spectacular theatrical productions that give our audiences an unforgettable night out. Our shows combine the talents of world-class theatre makers with Secret Cinema’s unique approach to bringing immersive worlds to life. Following the success of Grease The Immersive Movie Musical in 2025, several other large-scale productions are in development.
About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and production minded Partnerships Account Manager to join our team on a part-time contract. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast paced production environment and take ownership of delivering best-in-class brand partnerships from day one. Created to support the delivery of Secret Cinema's upcoming productions: Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical and Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Immersive Adventure, the role will play a critical part during key planning, build and live delivery phases.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our commercial brand partnerships from initial deal completion through to live execution, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered seamlessly and to an exceptional standard.
Location & Hybrid Working Model: This is a part-time, 3-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role. Qualified candidates must be based in the Greater London area. To maintain the collaborative, fast-paced energy required to mount our productions, the standard expectation is a minimum of 2 days per week in the office/on-site, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. We are ideally seeking someone available to start as soon as possible.
Contract Terms: The opportunity requires a commitment of minimum three days per week, with additional hours required during project delivery phases. Salary: £45,000–£55,000 FTE (pro rata based on agreed working pattern), dependent on experience.
Production & Delivery Periods: Due to the live nature of our productions, working hours are not always strictly 9-to-5. During high-stakes delivery windows, specifically show builds, technical rehearsals, preview weeks, and opening runs, this role will require flexible working patterns. This includes evening and weekend work on-site to oversee partner activations, host VIP guests, and ensure delivery meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver brand partnerships from origination through to live production and post-campaign reporting
- Lead the delivery of all commercial and production rights across the partner portfolio
- Deliver exceptional client servicing and relationship management across all accounts
- Work closely with internal marketing, creative and production teams to integrate partners authentically into each experience

- Work on-site to supervise physical partner installations, capture content and host during performances
- Compile regular status reports, timelines, partnership documentation and progress updates
- Assist with partnership budgeting, financial tracking and invoicing
- Provide additional support across the partnerships department as required, including creating POs, organising files and content sharing
- Always act in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and carry out other tasks as required from time to time, inline with company objectives
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years' experience delivering brand partnerships, sponsorships or commercial activations with the ability to quickly assume responsibility for existing projects and stakeholder relationships
- Strong production experience, ideally within live events, entertainment and immersive experiences
- Comfortable operating in high pressure, deadline-driven environments with multiple moving parts
- Proven ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, clients and internal teams
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities
- A strong understanding of current brand, cultural and experiential trends
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships

- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Calmness under pressure and confidence within live production environments
