We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of live events across the UK market. In this role, your primary focus will be on high-quality operational delivery at scale. You’ll support event setup, inventory and pricing accuracy, and respond to partner and internal requests with speed and care. This is a full-time role and candidates must be based in the greater London area. We work in the office a minimum of two days per week and offer flexibility for the remaining days.
Team members work five days per week on a rotating schedule, which regularly includes weekend work. Events and inventory are set up and maintained correctly, following established processes with minimal errors.
- Consistent Inventory Management: Inventory loads, updates, and pricing changes are completed accurately and on time.
- Event & Inventory Operations: Load and manage ticket inventory with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness. Communicate clearly and professionally regarding inventory status, updates, and operational changes. Work closely with senior associates and managers to resolve issues and escalate risks when needed.
- Reporting, Checks & Reconciliation: Assist with post-event reconciliation tasks and investigations into discrepancies. Follow audit and quality-control processes, flagging potential errors or inconsistencies. Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (Excel or similar).
