About The Role: We’re looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join TodayTix Group and play a key role in our first year-end reporting cycle under MARI Group. Following MARI’s acquisition of TodayTix Group in October 2025, our Finance team is navigating a period of significant change, including onboarding new auditors and tax advisors, aligning with MARI Group reporting requirements, and migrating our accounting system to SAP S/4HANA. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, Reporting and Projects, you’ll work closely with the VP of Accounting, Controls and Reporting, our UK and US finance teams, and relevant Controllers.
You’ll own key deliverables across group and statutory reporting, UK corporation tax, external audit coordination, and the SAP migration, helping ensure we maintain accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting throughout the transition. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and variety, suited to an experienced finance professional who combines technical accounting expertise with practical project delivery. You’ll be expected to pick things up quickly, work with minimal supervision, and balance recurring reporting responsibilities with evolving project priorities. It’s an opportunity to make a tangible impact on how our finance function operates as part of a growing, global group.
Please note: This is a full-time fixed term contract lasting 12 months. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office (our finance team comes onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays), while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
What Success Looks Like:
- A smooth first year-end under MARI: Group reporting and UK statutory accounts are accurate, complete, and delivered on time, with audit-ready information available to our new external auditors and tax advisors.
- Reliable group reporting: Monthly submissions to MARI Group Finance are timely and accurate, with acquisition accounting entries and GAAP adjustments appropriately reflected across the relevant entities.
- A successful SAP S/4HANA migration: Historical financial data is loaded and validated, consolidation eliminations work as expected, and UK statutory reporting requirements are met ahead of go-live.
- Strong external relationships: Auditors and tax advisors receive the information they need on time, queries are resolved efficiently, and key stakeholders have confidence in the quality of our financial reporting.
- Effective tax compliance and planning: UK corporation tax computations, group tax calculations, and transfer pricing reviews are coordinated and completed to agreed deadlines, with opportunities for tax efficiency identified where appropriate.
- Better processes and reporting: Month-end and year-end processes become more efficient, reporting capabilities improve across NetSuite and SAP, and ad hoc projects are delivered without compromising core responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Group & Statutory Reporting: Support the month-end close process and prepare monthly reporting submissions to MARI Group Finance. Post push-down acquisition accounting entries in NetSuite and ensure they are correctly reversed so that each entity’s UK statutory position under FRS 102 is accurately reflected. Play a key role in onboarding new external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring they have timely access to complete, audit-ready financial information. Manage day-to-day relationships with external auditors, responding to group audit queries and coordinating the planning and delivery of UK statutory audits. Support the rationalisation of group entities, including the strike-off of dormant entities. Work closely with UK and US finance teams and relevant Controllers to maintain consistent, accurate reporting across the group.
- SAP S/4HANA Migration: Load historical financial data into SAP S/4HANA and validate its accuracy and completeness. Test consolidation eliminations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the new system produces reliable group reporting. Confirm that UK GAAP statutory reporting under FRS 102 is complete and accurate ahead of go-live. Act as a key finance user throughout system testing, identifying issues and supporting their resolution. Help design and implement efficient month-end close and reporting processes in SAP.
- Tax: Review UK corporation tax computations for group entities ahead of submission. Prepare quarterly and year-end tax calculations for group reporting in collaboration with group tax colleagues. Coordinate the annual transfer pricing review ahead of year-end. Liaise with Group Tax to support US tax matters. Act as a key contact for external tax advisors, coordinating input from relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring information is provided to agreed timelines. Support additional tax projects as they arise, including planning for the efficient use of historic tax losses.
- Projects & Process Improvement: Build and enhance reports in NetSuite and SAP to improve the efficiency and accuracy of month-end and year-end reporting. Support acquisition accounting for recent and future acquisitions, including purchase price allocations. Prepare reliable financial data for due diligence projects. Take ownership of ad hoc finance projects as business priorities evolve, balancing delivery against core reporting and compliance deadlines. Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, strengthen controls, and streamline reporting across the finance function.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Relevant professional qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with experience at a similar level in group reporting or financial accounting.
- Strong group reporting expertise: Experience preparing group reporting and statutory accounts under FRS 102 and US GAAP, including managing GAAP-to-GAAP adjustments.
- UK corporation tax knowledge: Experience reviewing corporation tax computations and supporting tax reporting, with the confidence to coordinate input from internal teams and external advisors.
- A track record of delivery: A high performer with demonstrable career progression who can manage complex deliverables, maintain attention to detail, and deliver at pace.
- Ownership and initiative: A self-starter who takes responsibility for outcomes, identifies issues early, and works effectively with minimal guidance.
- Strong organisation and project management: Able to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and keep critical reporting, audit, tax, and system deadlines on track.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Comfortable investigating discrepancies, challenging existing processes, and asking the right questions to get to the root of an issue.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management: Confident working with senior management and cross-functional teams, building relationships with external advisors, and preparing clear financial updates and board papers.
- Adaptability in a changing environment: Comfortable working through systems transformation, evolving reporting requirements, and shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

- Experience with NetSuite.
- Experience supporting an ERP migration, ideally SAP S/4HANA, including data migration, system testing, and implementation.

- Experience implementing or adopting new accounting standards, such as those relating to leases or revenue recognition.
- Experience working in a multinational group or a business navigating acquisitions, integration, or significant finance transformation.
