About the Role: We are seeking a Part‑Time Travel Trade Executive to support our B2B team and play an instrumental role in providing a 6 star experience to our valuable partners. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience and a knowledge of the Travel Trade Landscape. Reporting directly into the Trade Manager in London, you will coordinate key tasks for our partners, from processing bookings to collaborating with concierge agents in order to fulfill partner requests. You must be organised with a strong attention to detail, a clear and thoughtful communicator, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, yet exciting environment.

Please note: This is a part‑time Fixed Term Contract role: coverage is 20‑hours‑per‑week, from March 2026 through January 2027. The position will involve shifts Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, with typical working hours from 14:00 to 18:00 (and occasionally 13:00 to 17:00). Attendance at B2B trade events may be required from time to time. This is a hybrid position with a mandatory monthly visit to the office, and training will be delivered through a combination of in‑office and remote sessions. The hourly wage for this opportunity is £13.85 – £14.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Partner Relationship Management → Maintaining strong, responsive relationships with B2B partners and concierge agents, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
  • Booking Accuracy & Fulfilment → Processing bookings efficiently across multiple channels with minimal errors and timely supplier coordination.
  • Product Knowledge & Trade Engagement → Demonstrating strong product knowledge through regular trade nights and familiarity trips, and applying insights to partner support.
  • Team Collaboration → Working closely with the Trade Manager and wider team to achieve shared service and commercial goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with B2B partners to ensure excellent ongoing service.
  • Understand individual partner business requirements and anticipate their needs and requests.
  • Process bookings accurately across online and offline systems, ensuring seamless fulfilment.
  • Build and manage relationships with concierge agents and service bookings via telephone.
  • Liaise with supplier partners (shows and attractions) to ensure effective booking fulfilment.
  • Respond to partner queries and provide timely assistance and support.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge by attending trade events, trade nights, and familiarity trips.
  • Share partner and customer feedback with managers to support continuous improvement in pricing, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and support shared workloads.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.

  • Previous customer service experience; knowledge of the travel trade landscape is highly desirable.
