About the Role
Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise ticketing and e-commerce division—the technology and tools that help the world's leading cultural organisations, attractions, and live events power their box office and drive online sales. We work with some of the most exciting venues, producers, and event organisers on the planet, and we're building the platform that helps them thrive. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Sports vertical within PxT—someone who thrives on data, moves fast, and genuinely obsesses over building tools that deliver an unrivalled live event experience.
What Success Looks Like
- Product direction established: within the first 60–90 days, you've developed a strong understanding of the sports vertical and helped shape a roadmap informed by partner insight, business priorities, and platform goals — with at least three major sports partners already in active discovery.
- Customer obsession in practice: ongoing discovery is embedded in your workflow, with evidence that insights from clubs, tournament organisers, and rights holders directly influence prioritisation and product decisions.
- Experimentation velocity: ideas move quickly from concept to learning through prototypes, pilots, and releases.
- Features shipped with measurable impact: sports platform initiatives launched with measurable outcomes tied to adoption, conversion, GMV, operational efficiency, retention, or partner satisfaction.
- Commercial contribution: your work contributes meaningfully to sports partner and business outcomes through stronger engagement, increased value, or improved performance metrics.
- AI‐native execution: AI is embedded throughout your workflow—helping you synthesise research, generate prototypes, validate assumptions, and accelerate delivery.
- Team impact: you're contributing to how great product work gets done at TodayTix Group—not just within your own area, through mentorship, management, and raising the bar across the team.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with sports clubs, tournament organisers, and rights holders—inside and outside the MARI group—to understand needs, identify opportunities, and help define product direction.
- Use AI tools to create prototypes, synthesise research, and communicate product ideas clearly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver platform features that solve real problems for sports partners and their fans.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Contribute to roadmap development and prioritisation across the broader PxT platform.
- Track and assess product performance using data and measurable outcomes.
- Manage complex, multi‐stakeholder workstreams with rigour—keeping partners, engineering, and commercial teams aligned across long delivery cycles.
- Operate across the product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and validating concepts to delivering and iterating on solutions.
We're Looking for Someone With
- 5–8 years of building products in high‐growth environments—whether at startups, consumer platforms, SaaS companies, or entrepreneurial ventures—with at least three years working directly in sport ticketing or a closely adjacent domain.
- Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a genuine desire to grow PM craft across the team.
- Demonstrated builder mindset—whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch.
- Strong experience owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills—able to articulate ideas, navigate trade‐offs, and influence decisions.
- Experience in live events, hospitality, or premium sports environments.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow—using them habitually to accelerate research, prototyping, decision‐making, and execution.
- Comfort in fast‐paced, cross‐functional environments—knowing how to collaborate across design, engineering, and commercial teams.
- A working knowledge of professional tennis and European football will be highly valuable in this role.
