Today Tix Group is hiring a Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing to own the CRM program across emails, push, and SMS for millions of theatre and event-goers.

Lead a team, set strategy, and drive end-to-end messaging with an eye on automation and AI.

You will pilot new channels and surfaces (e. g., Whats App) and own the roadmap, metrics, and incremental impact of CRM initiatives. Hybrid work with UK/US focus.
