174 Family Law is an award-winning niche Family Law and Mediation Practice with a passion for helping families and their children move forward in the best possible way allowing them to choose the process that’s most suitable for them and their circumstances.
We are looking for a Family Lawyer experienced in undertaking all aspects of financial proceedings to include MCA, TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act, preferably with Collab and mediation training, looking to grow their own caseload and support the practice in the growth of this area.
We are passionate about all aspects of family law and being creative with solutions using all aspects of dispute resolution processes. We are looking for a family lawyer to help promote this way of working moving away from traditional family law practices.
