We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and camera‑confident graduate to join the team at Today Digital. Based in our Manchester office, this is a fantastic entry‑level opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across content creation, social media, video, and digital marketing. You’ll work alongside our Marketing and Editorial teams, learning the ropes of digital publishing while contributing to real content that reaches real audiences from day one. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Social Media: Create, schedule, and publish content across our social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube. Monitor engagement and help grow our audiences across channels. Keep up with trends and suggest fresh ideas for social content.
  • Content Creation & Editorial Support: Write and format articles, news stories, social captions, newsletters, and promotional copy. Support the editorial team with publishing, scheduling, and content admin. Research industry news and trending topics to fuel content ideas. Help with quality checks to ensure everything we publish is accurate and on‑brand.
  • Video & On‑Camera Content: Appear on camera as a confident, energetic presenter for interviews, social clips, explainers, and event coverage. Help script, plan, and produce short‑form video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Bring your personality to the screen and help build Today Digital’s on‑camera presence.
  • Email & Newsletters: Help plan, curate, and send weekly newsletters to our audiences using HubSpot.
  • SEO & Web Publishing: Upload and publish content to our WordPress websites. Write SEO‑friendly headlines, meta descriptions, and social copy. Follow SEO best practices to help our content get found.
  • Campaigns & Events: Support campaigns around awards, events, webinars, and special features. Help keep our events pages up to date and looking great. Assist with content before, during, and after campaigns.
  • Reporting: Track how content is performing across web, social, and email. Share findings with the team to help improve future content.
