Today Digital powers two of the leading B2B tech media publications in the world, UC Today and CX Today, working alongside global names like Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, AWS, and Salesforce. Through our DemandStudio platform, we deliver category-defining content combining journalism, demand generation, and marketing solutions for the tech industry. Fast-paced, ambitious, and creative, this is a team that takes quality seriously.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideally suited to someone with a couple of years of industry experience under their belt, who is ready to take on real ownership of work and hit the ground running. You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer as well as supporting the design needs of the wider team, contributing to the full visual output of Today Digital and its brand portfolio, from social and digital content through to video production and motion graphics.

This is a fully office-based role for someone equally comfortable behind Premiere Pro as they are in Illustrator, with a genuine passion for design craft and the drive to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Core Skills and Requirements

  • Fully proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Video editing skills are essential; you’ll be cutting content on a regular basis
  • Basic After Effects motion graphics skills including animated titles, transitions, and lower thirds
  • Strong understanding of design theory including colour, typography, grid systems, spacing, and photo editing
  • Basic UX/UI knowledge and an understanding of digital design best practices
  • Able to use AI as a productive tool to support workflow, but not as a substitute for original creative output
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver to deadlines
  • Comfortable collaborating with the wider marketing team on cross-functional projects
  • Client-facing confidence, able to take briefs, understand needs, and handle amends professionally
  • Some previous experience in a creative role is expected, though we care more about the quality of your work and your attitude than your job title

Nice to Have

  • Experience in podcast production or video interview setups
  • Familiarity with interview lighting, audio, or on-location filming
  • Prior exposure to B2B content, media, or tech marketing environments

What We Offer: A fast-paced but supportive environment where you’ll be given real responsibility from day one, with the guidance of an experienced Senior Designer to help you develop and thrive. Today Digital is proud to operate a four-day working week, a reflection of our belief that well-rested, fulfilled people do their best creative work. You’ll work across a portfolio of industry-leading publications alongside a talented team, with plenty of room to develop your skills and grow your career.
