TODAY is an exciting, funded start-up in the MobiTech sector. We are global, we are bold, we are driven, and we are looking for another creative mind to join #TeamToday. As we now accelerate our exciting journey and scale our global operations, we would like to strengthen our business development team and continue building on the great focus within our Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) vertical. This role is specific for our London operations but has the potential for experience in other global markets.
You will have the autonomy and responsibility to lead and execute a sales strategy pipeline, with support from our Leadership Team. We are looking for big energy, radical ideas, a passion for sustainable transport, and excellent examples on how you’ve supported other progressive technology and hardware organisations achieve their sales objectives. This role will be focused on increasing our e-moped subscription business in London in partnership with Uber Eats and other delivery-based businesses.
As the Customer Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the success of our e-moped subscription business in London. Your mission will be to attract new ridership, retain current users, and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and engagement strategies. You’ll be the face of Ride Today to our riders, ensuring an exceptional experience while building a strong sense of community and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a vibrant rider community.
- Organise events, promotions, and campaigns to foster rider engagement and loyalty.
- Actively gather feedback from riders to improve services and address concerns promptly.
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns tailored to the London market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, ads, and social media strategies.
- Identify and build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to expand reach.
- Drive initiatives to onboard new riders and ensure a seamless subscription experience.
- Analyse rider behaviour to develop programs that enhance retention and reduce churn.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track growth and success.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to current riders.
- Implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with operations and product teams to align offerings with rider needs.
Transferable skills and experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience in new customer management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Passion for urban mobility, sustainability, and technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual in Urdu and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships and connect with diverse communities.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of achieving growth and retention targets.
- Creative thinker with the ability to execute and bring ideas to life.
- Familiarity with the London market and its unique mobility challenges is a plus.
To compensate you for your time and big idea’s we are offering:
- Basic salary up to £35,000 per year + success bonuses & upward mobility within organization
- Bilingual a plus
- Training and mentoring to help to be as successful as possible.
- A pool moped/bike (All electric, of course).
- Paid leave + you always get your birthday off.
We would ideally like our candidates to be London based as this role will require an office presence but also be able to travel outside of London on some occasions to hunt for new markets. Candidate will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK and have a current full driving license.
