Purpose of the Role
You will be a true Brand Ambassador who will interact with a variety of customers, promote exceptional customer service, and support store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower colleagues, ensuring customers are at the heart of everything you do.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, actively listening and confidently offering bespoke advice.
  • Achieve high productivity and motivate colleagues to maximize sales and service goals.
  • Possess strong product knowledge for all services (Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store) and use this to tailor customer experience.
  • Support management in training store colleagues, using business tools and resources.
  • Utilize sales and customer data to inform interactions and enhance performance.
  • Seek opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience based on feedback tools such as Feefo and Mystery Shops.
  • Assist store management with stockroom and back‑area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and cash control procedures.
  • Follow the appointment process, ensuring customers are contacted prior to visits and records are updated accurately.
  • Accountable for opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
  • Balance cashier at the end of the day, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
