We’re hiring a Graduate Data Platform Engineer to help build the intelligence layer powering Today Digital’s next phase of growth. This is not a “dashboard role”. This is about building real data infrastructure.

  • Work Week: Monday–Thursday (4-day week)
  • Location: Fully onsite – Manchester City Centre (Ancoats)
  • Contract: Full-time
  • Start Date: Immediate

Your Mission

You’ll help build the data backbone of Techtelligence. This role sits at the intersection of:

You’ll turn raw datasets into structured, production-ready intelligence assets — working directly on:

  • BigQuery architecture
  • Curated data models

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build curated transformation tables
  • Implement snapshot logic for trend tracking
  • Help structure API imports
  • Support version-controlled SQL workflows

Platform Development

  • Help implement dbt or structured transformation frameworks
  • Build logic for topic scoring & intent modelling
  • Contribute to Signals Index development

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate (Computer Science / Data Engineering / Software Engineering)
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with Git
  • Comfortable learning GCP / BigQuery
  • Built something beyond coursework (portfolio matters)
