Your Role

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, goal-driven Senior Account Manager ready to ignite our target account list! In this high-energy role, you will be supercharging existing relationships and sparking new ones, all while navigating high-value contracts and fuelling growth across a spectrum of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and expanding new and existing accounts.
  • Building and nurturing trusted relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Selling multichannel marketing solutions that fulfil client goals and objectives.
  • Delighting clients with market-leading account management focused on client outcomes in line with business goals.
  • Increasing annual contract value (ACV) and average order value (AOV) across all existing accounts and developing a forward plan for new account growth.
  • Owning and executing long-term account plans with some of the world’s largest technology organisations.
  • Convincing clients to invest in new and innovative ways of engaging our audiences.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and content teams to execute account plans, deliver on solutions, and grow revenues.
  • Building a deep understanding of client needs to help create and contribute ideas and initiatives for new product, content, and marketing opportunities.

  • Proven and recent experience in consistently growing revenue from B2B organisations.
  • Experience and success in building relationships with multiple stakeholders in client organisations.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales skills and experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior marketing professionals.
  • A keen attention to detail and a planned approach to account growth.
  • A collaborative, creative spark with the ability to effectively work with other departments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a growing organisation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of developing new revenue streams through creative content, multichannel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in increasing marketing solutions spend from large international B2B organisations.
  • Recent success in selling digital marketing solutions to the B2B technology industry is preferred but not essential.

Travel Expectations

This is a remote working role. Travel to international events will be a requirement of the role.

Other Skills And Abilities

Proficient in: Microsoft Office 365 e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CRM best practice (HubSpot).

Equipment Requirements

This is a home working role that requires you to provide some of your own equipment: Broadband Internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps Upload), Office desk and chair, A suitable place to work that is noise and distraction free, warm and comfortable, and has a reliable electricity supply. Company supplied equipment includes PC, web camera, headset/speaker. All necessary software applications and licences.
