This role is ideal for someone at the start of their marketing career who’s ready to take on responsibility, develop client relationships, and learn how to run campaigns that deliver real impact.

You’ll manage the day-to-day execution of smaller-scale campaigns, ensuring timelines are met, content is delivered, and clients are kept informed. You’ll use Monday.com to track progress, communicate directly with clients, and be responsible for publishing content and reporting on performance.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Ownership & Delivery

  • Take responsibility for the setup and delivery of your own assigned client campaigns.
  • Use Monday.com to manage timelines, tasks, and internal handovers.
  • Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time, to spec, and with a great customer experience in mind.
  • Maintain up-to-date client-facing documents and trackers throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Client Communication

  • Be the main point of contact for your campaign clients, building strong, professional relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and ensure clients feel supported throughout their campaigns.
  • Escalate any risks or issues to the Client Services Team Leader as needed.

Content Scheduling & Lead Management

  • Schedule and publish client content across WordPress and social media channels, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Manage lead delivery across demand generation campaigns, including file checks and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with internal teams if delivery challenges arise, ensuring prompt resolution.

Demand Generation & Performance Outcomes

  • Learn to deliver and support B2B demand generation campaigns that drive real, measurable results for clients.
  • Track campaign performance against objectives and assist in compiling reports to demonstrate ROI and impact.
  • Present performance results clearly and confidently to clients, with support from the wider team as needed.

AI-Driven Productivity

  • Use AI tools (with training and support) to boost productivity, automate tasks, and streamline campaign execution.
  • Stay curious and open to learning how emerging technology can improve your workflows and client delivery.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Flexibility

  • Work closely with Account Managers, Content, and Marketing teams to keep campaigns on track.
  • Be open to taking part in internal projects, new initiatives, or ad hoc responsibilities as part of a growing, agile business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident communicator with strong organisation skills and a desire to deliver great customer experiences.
  • Ideally, a graduate or early-career professional with a background in marketing, communications, business, or similar.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a scale-up environment, taking ownership while knowing when to ask for support.
  • Comfortable using (or learning) platforms like Monday.com, WordPress, and HubSpot.
  • A team player who’s reliable, positive, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Why Join Us?

  • A 4-day working week (Monday–Thursday) with no loss of pay — because we believe in balance and impact.
  • Real ownership of your own campaigns from the start, with support and training built-in.
  • A clear progression path within a fast-growing business.
  • The chance to work with leading B2B brands in a collaborative, ambitious team.
  • A two-year structured training plan designed to give you the opportunity to grow with the business.
