Minimum of 4 years in LED Display & Digital Signage Systems - Installations

Pay range: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year dependent on experience

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Field Installation Technician with project coordination skills to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of LED displays and digital signage systems on client sites across London and the UK. This is ahands-on role ideal for someone with a technical mindset, client-facing confidence, and a passion for cutting-edge display tech.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and configure LED - digital signage systems at client sites

Programming Novastar LCT experience essential.

Conduct Site surveys and support planning of installations.

Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on-site or remotely.

Maintain, service, and troubleshoot LED displays and signage networks.

Ensure timely project delivery and collaborate with internal project managers.

Provide technical support and training to end users if needed.

Document service visits and maintain accurate job records.

Adhere to all health and safety protocols during installations.

What We’re Looking For

Prerequisite- Minimum of 4 years in LED Display & Digital Signage Systems - Installations

✅ Positive can do attitude- Hands-on experience with LED display hardware and installation.

✅ Communicate effectively with people at all levels

✅ Excellent written and communication skills with attention to detail

✅ A positive and enthusiastic approach.

✅ Able to meet targets and deadlines , whilst working under pressure

✅ Knowledge of digital signage technologies Novastar -programming LCT experience essential. (media players, CMS, networking)

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

✅ UK driving license & willingness to travel all over UK at times

✅ Project/site coordination or logistics experience is a bonus

ECS or CS

  • CS certificationTechnical
  • qualification in Electronics, AV, or IT
