TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it’s set to change the game! Our first venue opened in 2021 in The O2, London and we now have 3 operating UK venues and 1 US venue. We are set to open in Paris, Guatemala and Mexico in 2026!

We are looking for a Head of Trade & Tourism to own and scale one of TOCA Social’s most important commercial growth channels. This role is responsible for driving inbound, group, and partner-led revenue into our venues - through a combination of travel trade, ticketing platforms, partnerships, and structured community pipelines.
You will operate as a commercial leader with full ownership of an expected multi-million-pound revenue channel, responsible for both strategy and execution, and for building a scalable demand engine that grows with the business.
Role Scope & Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership & Strategy
- Own and grow a significant revenue channel across TOCA Social UK venues
- Develop and execute the trade & distribution strategy aligned to venue utilisation and growth targets
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Identify and prioritise high-value demand segments (tourism, groups, youth, inbound)
- Trade & Distribution Partnerships
- Build and scale partnerships with:
- Tour operators, DMCs, and inbound travel specialists
- Ticketing and experience platforms (e.g. OTAs, aggregators)
- Hotels, concierges, and tourism boards
- Schools, charitable and community institutions
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing frameworks, and distribution models
- Position TOCA Social as a must-visit destination within the global travel ecosystem
- Group & Community Demand Engine
- Develop structured, repeatable pipelines for:
- Schools and education groups
- Grassroots and academy football clubs
- Youth organisations and local communities
- Drive recurring bookings and long-term partnerships
- Commercial Programming
- Design and scale revenue-generating programming, including:
- Tournaments, leagues, and club nights
- Seasonal and themed activations
- Align programming with:
- Off-peak demand generation
- Capacity utilisation
- Team & Function Build
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and partnerships team
- Define clear KPIs, incentives, and ownership structures
- Create a repeatable, scalable commercial function with strong accountability
- Systems, Pricing & Process
- Implement CRM discipline, reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Define and evolve pricing strategies for trade and group segments
- Standardise contracting, account management, and conversion processes
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with:
- Venue GMs to align demand with trading patterns
- Marketing to drive inbound demand and campaign alignment
- Corporate Group Sales to convert relationships into higher-value bookings
- Lead pre-launch trade & distribution strategies for new venues
- Industry Presence
- Represent TOCA Social at trade shows, tourism and hospitality forums and key partner meetings in the UK and internationally
Who we are looking for:
- A commercially driven operator who has built and scaled revenue through partnerships, trade channels, or distribution ecosystems
- 5+ years in Travel trade & tourism, Attractions, leisure / hospitality and ticketing / distribution platform
- Proven track record of:
- Owning and growing a meaningful revenue line
- Building strategic partnerships and commercial deals
- Driving group or inbound demand at scale
- Strong commercial instinct and deal-making ability
- Experience building repeatable sales engines, not just relationships
- Comfortable operating at both strategic level and hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented
- Data-driven, with a focus on performance and optimisation
