The dynamic role of a Kitchen Supervisor in Training means no two days are the same. You are responsible for bringing together multiple elements of our guests' journey to deliver memorable experiences, while supporting and developing your own team.
Role Scope:
- Help meet gross profit targets
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise the kitchen crew; coach teammates and provide constructive feedback; lead new initiatives
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with TOCA Talent events to recruit talent and ensure proper training and compliance
