TOCA Social is the world\’s first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it’s set to change the game! Our first venue opened in 2021 in The O2, London, and our second in Birmingham in 2024. We are also set to open in Westfield London, Dallas, and Mexico in 2025!

Job Highlights:

Reports to: Head Chef
Hours Required: Minimum of 10 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
The dynamic role of a Chef means no two days are the same at TOCA Social! You are responsible for bringing together multiple elements of our guests\’ journey to deliver memorable experiences. We’re passionate about training and developing all our teammates to support their career progression and help them become legends, so you may receive cross-departmental training to support the venue as needed.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Chef who will ensure the smooth running of our Heart of House operations to create exceptional guest experiences through your passion for creating delicious dishes. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting your teammates across the kitchen with the preparation and delivery of TOCA Social dishes
- Ensuring high kitchen standards at all times, including cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
- Working closely with your teammates and wider venue staff to exceed guest expectations
- Escalating maintenance issues to your leader
- Ensuring all products are stored and labelled correctly
- Adhering to all TOCA Social standards, guidelines, and statutory regulations (e.g., Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergy processes)
- Communicating clearly, warmly, and friendly with all teammates
- Supporting the kitchen and venue during events
- Being a team player who supports other departments when needed
- Supporting junior team members\’ skill development
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage and labelling
- Working with the Head Chef to minimize wastage and follow portion control guidelines
- Looking for opportunities to exceed expectations in a positive manner
- Being flexible to cover various duties as required by business needs
Qualifications & Experience:
- A punctual, reliable individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A quick learner capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering top-quality experiences
- Desire to make people happy and create memorable moments
- Willing to roll up sleeves and help out across departments
- Food Safety Level 2 qualification (preferable but not essential)
- Experience working in a kitchen as a Chef, Kitchen Assistant, or similar
