TOCA Social is the world’s first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist. Our venues opened in 2021 in The O2, London and in 2024 in Birmingham. We are expanding to Westfield London, Dallas and Mexico in 2025.

As a Kitchen Crew Member you will help create memorable guest experiences in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.

Job Highlights
  • Location: TOCA Social, Birmingham Bullring, Birmingham, B5 4BU
  • Reports to: Head Chef
  • Hours required: Minimum of 10–15 hours per week, flexible for evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Support teammates across kitchen preparations and delivery of TOCA Social dishes
  • Maintain high kitchen standards, including cleanliness, food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with teammates and wider venue staff to exceed guest expectations
  • Escalate maintenance issues to the leader
  • Store and label products correctly
  • Adhere to TOCA Social standards, statutory regulations (Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergy processes)
  • Communicate clearly, warmly and friendly with all venue teammates
  • Assist kitchen and venue during events
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Mentor junior members to develop their skills
  • Monitor stock levels, ensuring proper storage and labeling
  • Work with the Head Chef on waste minimisation and portion control
  • Identify opportunities to exceed expectations in a positive, surprising and delightful manner
  • Be flexible to cover a range of duties in line with business needs when required
Qualifications & Experience
  • Punctual, reliable, with a great attitude and work ethic
  • Quick learner, capable of working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Passionate about delivering top‑quality experiences
  • Willingness to make people happy and deliver genuine, memorable service
  • Ready to roll up sleeves and support other departments and teammates
  • Food Safety Level 2 qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in a kitchen setting (Chef, Kitchen Assistant or similar)
