Reports to: Bar & Hospitality Manager

Hours: Part-time and full-time roles available. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

The Bartender role at TOCA Social is dynamic and varied. You will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by managing bar operations and supporting the team. We provide training across departments to support your career growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and supporting guests to ensure a top experience
• Providing a warm, welcoming approach and making guests happy
• Preparing drinks to TOCA standards
• Offering drink recommendations and knowledge
• Supporting barbacks as needed
• Taking orders, serving drinks, and checking in with guests
• Coaching junior team members
• Verifying guest age with ID when necessary
• Explaining menu offerings and making suggestions
• Seeking opportunities to exceed guest expectations
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest areas
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
• Communicating clearly with team members
• Replenishing stock and ensuring availability
• Following health, safety, and allergy procedures
• Being flexible to cover various duties as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering high-quality experiences
• Willing to assist other departments and teammates
• Minimum 1 year experience in cocktail making
• Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service
