We are a creative agency seeking a talented freelance junior to midweight graphic designer to join our growing team. Initially remote, this role has the potential to evolve into a hybrid working arrangement, with some in-office collaboration in Hertfordshire. About the Role
You’ll be working on a variety of exciting client projects across branding, digital, and print. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking direction but also confident in contributing ideas and showing initiative. Initially project-based, this freelance position has the potential to develop into a long-term working relationship with more consistent work for the right person.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of branding design principles and identity development
- Experience working with brand guidelines and preparing print-ready artwork
- Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexibility in working hours and availability to respond to project needs
