Direct message the job poster from Tobin Capital We are seeking an experienced and creative Personal Branding Manager to spearhead the strategic development and execution of Luke Tobin\’s personal brand. With our current strong online presence of over 500,000 followers, we are ambitious to reach 5 million followers within the next three years. This role requires a dynamic professional who can blend strategic thinking with creative execution whilst managing key stakeholder relationships across sponsorships, content creation, and brand partnerships. About the Role As Personal Branding Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to establish, enhance, and scale Luke Tobin\’s personal brand across all digital and traditional platforms. You will work closely with Luke to ensure authentic brand representation whilst driving significant growth in audience engagement and follower count. Key Responsibilities Strategic Brand Development Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy aligned with Luke\’s values, expertise, and career objectives Define and refine target audience segments and core messaging frameworks Create long-term brand positioning strategies to support the ambitious growth targets Conduct regular brand audits and competitor analysis to maintain competitive advantage Content Strategy and Creation Oversee all content creation including social media posts, blog articles, video content, and multimedia presentations Develop content calendars that align with brand objectives and audience engagement patterns Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target demographics Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints Digital Presence Management Manage and optimise presence across all social media platforms, with particular focus on growth-driving channels Monitor online reputation and manage crisis communication when necessary Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility Analyse platform performance and adjust strategies based on data insights Partnership and Sponsorship Management Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, influencers, and potential collaborators Oversee sponsored content creation ensuring alignment with brand values and audience expectations Manage commercial relationships to maximise revenue whilst maintaining authenticity Public Relations and Media Outreach Develop and execute PR strategies to secure media coverage and speaking opportunities Build relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, and industry publications Coordinate interview schedules and media appearances Create and distribute press materials and media kits Performance Analysis and Reporting Track and analyse KPIs including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimise campaign performance Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Experience and Background Minimum 3-5 years\’ experience in social media marketing, personal branding, or digital marketing Proven track record of growing social media accounts and online communities Experience managing influencer partnerships and sponsorship agreements Demonstrated success in content creation and brand strategy development Skills and Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilities Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media contacts Personal Attributes Highly organised with exceptional time management skills Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Genuine passion for personal branding and digital marketing Strong business acumen with understanding of commercial objectives Collaborative team player who can also work independently Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Desirable Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Experience working with high-profile individuals or personal brands Knowledge of emerging social media platforms and digital trends Basic understanding of photography, videography, or graphic design Previous experience in talent management or entertainment industry What We Offer This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing personal brand and make a significant impact on our ambitious growth trajectory.
