Shift Details
- Day shift options depend on the plant you are allocated to:
- 47.5 hours per week, 5 days (Monday - Friday, 7am - 5.30pm)
- 44 hours per week, 4 days (between Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm)
- Please note that Saturday hours may be required on a rota basis.
- Night shift: 44 hours per week, 4 nights (any 4 nights Sunday - Friday, 6pm - 6am). Working hours on Sunday nights are 10pm - 6am.
About the Role
All roles will include the following key responsibilities:
- Understand production plan.
- Achieve production targets and efficient cycle times.
- Use Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/batching sheets accurately.
- Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.
- Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager.

- Interest in working within a manufacturing / Production environment.
- Self-motivated.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C.
- Previous work-related qualifications within a Manufacturing setting.
- Working experience in Machinery / Manufacturing Industry.
- Working experience in Production / Industrial setting.
- Experience of Use of Machinery Controls.
- Forklift Experience.
- Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or iPad.
- Full and clean driving licence.
