We have a pizza chef in place to start who will be solely running the pizza kitchen and be responsible for dough production and prep. However, a background in pizza production and/or a keenness and willingness to learn to enable to cover the pizza offer would be highly advantageous.
In the role of Cafe Kitchen Manager we are looking for a hard working, highly organised, fully prepared and impeccably clean working chef with the skills and experience to maintain our strong standards but also work to improve our food offer and take standards to the next level.

It is a starting figure; if we can find the right person to quickly set standards then help us push the business forward and increase revenue then this can increase if the business can afford to do so.
This is a hands-on position, it’s hard work and not for the faint hearted. However, with the right leadership, planning and organisation in place we are hoping to create an efficient and easier to maintain kitchen and help improve the quality of the working environment to where it should be.
Start Date: When we have the right person.
