We Want The Medical Director serves as TOAST’s senior medical and scientific lead, providing strategic medical guidance across healthcare and pharmaceutical client engagements.
The role is responsible for ensuring scientific accuracy, medical integrity and regulatory awareness across a diverse portfolio of experiential, immersive, digital and AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Working closely with Client Services, Creative, Production, Technology and Executive Leadership teams, the Medical Director will support the development of innovative healthcare experiences, including virtual reality training, immersive educational platforms, AI-powered tools, interactive disease education, congress activations and scientific engagement programmes.
As a key member of the healthcare leadership team, the Medical Director will provide medical oversight, support Medical Legal Review (MLR) processes, advise on scientific strategy and serve as a trusted medical partner to both clients and internal teams.
