Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. As a Senior Manager, Partner Acquisition and Growth, you will be working to grow the Canadian business through building strong referral relationships with potential Toast Partners, along with spearheading Canada Sales to grow overall partner referral wins.
About this role
- Responsibilities: Provide strategic vision and planning with partner acquisition and relationship building with key businesses, like tech partners, food purveyors, consultant groups, hospitality associations, and more. Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify changes needed. Work with RVPs and DMs to enable Canada Sales on how to drive strong field-based partnerships within their TAM.
- Work cross-functionally with our Care and Onboarding teams to ensure partner relationships are healthy through strong CNPS scores of partner referrals.
- Work alongside Marketing to host events and run initiatives that drive more partner referrals.
- Work directly with sourcing key VIP customers (top 100 in Canada) through partnerships and referral networks.
- Manage quarterly business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive the strategy of the team and keep the sales team on track.

- Ability to plan, manage, and execute at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Proven evangelical sales track record.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to drive and maintain multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Must be a M2 level or above.
