We are currently recruiting Part time Race Room Associates for our Head Office.
The Job:
- Making a positive impact on every customer transaction, efficiently and effectively.
- Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone/online, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service.
- Building real connections, being dedicated to offering the highest customer service.
- Keeping up to date with each day's live sporting events.
We are here for our customers during sporting events, so you'll need to be flexible and commit to working a rotating work pattern. Your hours of work will be between 9:00am to 9:30pm Monday to Sunday. Hours of work initially will be one evening during the week and then one day at the weekend. This can vary week to week.
The Organisation:
Toals is a family-run business, established in 1932 in Ballymena. Currently there are 50+ shops across every county in Northern Ireland and we offer a telephone and text betting service, which is available 7 days a week. We maintain our relationship with the local community by sponsoring the Co. Antrim FA.
About The Role:
Essential:
- GCSE Maths and English, at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Previous Customer Care experience OR excellent telephone skills.
- Numeracy Skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages.
- Keen Interest in Sport.
- Customer care experience.
Must be numerate and have excellent telephone or customer service skills. 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above.
