We’re currently recruiting for Full time Bookmakers Clerks in the Bangor Area.
This is an entry level position and we are keen for all staff to progress quickly. Therefore, training will be provided to ensure that confidence in all aspects of independently running a successful betting shop are achieved.
The Job:
Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop
Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service
Maintaining high shop standards
Our shop hours are Monday-Sunday, 9am-9pm and contracted hours will be allocated on a weekly rota basis.
The Organisation:
Toals is a family-run business, established in 1932 in Ballymena. Currently there are 50+ shops across every county in Northern Ireland and we offer a telephone betting service, which is available 7 days a week. We maintain our relationship with the local community by sponsoring the Co. Antrim FA.
About The Role

GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Previous cash handling experience OR experience providing excellent customer care
Full UK clean driving license
Willingness to learn and develop in the role.
