Responsibilities

  • Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
  • Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop.
  • Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining high shop standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Previous cash handling experience Or experience providing excellent customer care.
  • Full UK driving license and access to/own transport.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role.
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent).
