Work Options
- Full time: 40 hours a week
- Job shares: 2–3 days a week
- Part time: 20 hours a week
- Supply roles, enabling work/life balance

About Our Winnersh Nursery
Our spacious, purpose‑built nursery is conveniently located in the heart of the Winnersh business park, with excellent access to the M4 and a short walk from the train station. We are close to Winnersh, Wokingham and Woodley. Inside, our bright, airy rooms feature free‑flow access to outdoor gardens, where each age group has its own allocated garden space. Our newly renovated garden space provides a wonderful environment for sensory and exploratory play.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Suitable qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities
- Be aware of the role of planning, observation and keeping records when caring for nursery‑aged children
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
