Team Leader (Full Time)

With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high‑quality environment for every child. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
- Providing day‑to‑day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
- Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.

Our spacious, purpose‑built nursery is conveniently located in the heart of IQ Winnersh business park, with excellent access to the M4 and just a short walk from the train station. We are within easy reach of Winnersh, Wokingham and Woodley. Inside, our bright, airy rooms feature free‑flow access to outdoor gardens, where each age group has its own allocated garden space. Our newly renovated garden space provides a wonderful environment for sensory and exploratory play.

Qualifications & Experience
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above.
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework.
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues.
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation.
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid.
