We are looking for an inspiring leader to join our amazing team as an Assistant Nursery Manager at our Wellingborough nursery!

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead Quality and Compliance: Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted, EYFS, and legislative requirements through high-quality practice, regular audits, and hands-on support in rooms.
- Inspire and Support the Team: Engage actively with children’s learning and development while guiding, developing, and supporting staff across all areas - from daily practice to performance and wellbeing.
- Drive Success and Growth: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing, contributing to a thriving, high-quality setting for children and families.
About our Wellingborough Nursery:
Located in Glenvale Park, our purpose-built nursery opened in December 2023 and features three spacious rooms and a large garden. The nursery can accommodate up to 100 children per day, offering an engaging and enabling environment. We provide free on-site parking, and the train station is just a 5-minute drive away for those using public transport.

Toad Hall Nursery Group was established in 1993 and since then we have grown to 14 settings, where 440 employees support our 1,100 children a day.
