Key Tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
- Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
- Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.

Opened in 2024 on Ifield Road, just minutes from Crawley town centre, our nursery is set in a beautifully renovated Victorian home. Children enjoy bright, modern, spacious rooms, including a dedicated art studio, and gardens with free‑flow access for year‑round outdoor exploration.

Requirements:
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
