We are looking for an inspiring leader to join our amazing team as an Assistant Nursery Manager at our Crawley nursery! Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you will help lead the team, ensure the highest quality of care and education, and play a key role in promoting the nursery and managing occupancy.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead Quality and Compliance: Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted, EYFS, and legislative requirements through high-quality practice, regular audits, and hands-on support in rooms.
- Inspire and Support the Team: Engage actively with children's learning and development while guiding, developing, and supporting staff across all areas - from daily practice to performance and wellbeing.
- Drive Success and Growth: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing, contributing to a thriving, high-quality setting for children and families.
About our Crawley nursery: Opened in 2024 on Ifield Road, just minutes from Crawley town centre, our nursery is set in a beautifully renovated Victorian home. Children enjoy bright, modern, spacious rooms, including a dedicated art studio, and gardens with free-flow access for year-round outdoor exploration.
