About the Role
As a Lunchtime Assistant you will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing. You will help deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for every child.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the daily care and supervision of children aged 0–5
- Assisting in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
- Promoting children’s social, emotional and physical development
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Contributing to observations and learning journals where required
