No previous childcare experience is required – we value transferable skills from other roles and life experience, and full training and support will be provided.
How will I train as an apprentice?
You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20% of your time dedicated to off‑the‑job learning. This includes supported study time to complete tasks set by your Assessor, with guidance from both your training provider and our experienced nursery team. You will support children with daily routines such as meals, playtime, naps, and personal care.
