Team Leader (Full Time)

From motivating your team to creating magical learning moments with children, you’re confident, caring, and full of enthusiasm. With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high‑quality environment for every child.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
- Providing day‑to‑day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
- Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
