Key Details
- Full time (40 hours) and part time (20 hours, 11am-3pm) available.
- Role open to those with an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or Level 2 considered.
- We are also recruiting for qualified Nursery Nurses to join our Supply Team.
Responsibilities
- Working together with the team to provide high quality care for children aged 0-5.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day nursery operations by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Use knowledge and creativity to develop activities and ideas.
- Build relationships with children and communicate effectively with parents.
- Make every working day engaging and fun.
Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (Level 2 considered for some roles).
- Knowledge of EYFS and ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities.
- Experience in planning, observation, and keeping records for nursery-aged children.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs.
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
Leadership Opportunity
- Room Leader: you’ll lead a team, communicate effectively at all levels, and ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and Health and Safety standards.
