Key Tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
- Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
- Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.
About our Horley Nursery: Located on Massetts Road, a short walk from the train station and town centre, our well-established nursery offers bright, spacious rooms with dedicated gardens for outdoor learning. Our experienced team, led by Manager Kerry with expertise in SEND, ensures inclusive support for all children.

We’d love to hear from you if can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
