At Toad Hall Nursery, we welcome applicants, from 17 years old, who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development. We are recruiting enthusiastic Modern Apprentices to train alongside our experienced childcare professionals while working towards a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

How will I train as an apprentice?

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20% of your time dedicated to off‑the‑job learning. This includes supervised study time to complete tasks set by your Assessor, with guidance from both your training provider and our experienced nursery team. You will also support children with daily routines such as meals, playtime, naps, and personal care.

Once qualified, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for Nursery Nurse roles advertised internally, with the potential to build a long‑term career within our growing Nursery Group. Many of our apprentices continue to progress and develop their careers in Early Years with us.
