About the Role
Join TNW Energy as a Solar Sales Closer and earn serious money closing residential and commercial solar installations. You\'ll be working warm, pre-qualified leads with a simple commission structure: 10% of every sale you close.
What You\'ll Earn
- 10% commission on first month\'s cash collected
- £3,000 - £10,000+ per month in commissions
- Close multi 5-6 figures worth of solar deals monthly
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
What You\'ll Do
- Self-set, self-close solar appointments
- Close both residential and commercial solar sales
- Manage 20 discovery meetings per week
- Handle 80+ qualified appointments per month
- Own your pipeline from discovery to close

Requirements
- Proven sales closing experience
