About the Opportunity

We are a rapidly scaling solar company generating 1,000+ qualified site surveys per month, with 25% already converted to remote opportunities and growing. We do not have a lead problem—we have a capacity problem. That is where you come in.

We are looking for elite solar sales professionals who can capitalize on our lead generation machine and convert pre-qualified, discovery-vetted prospects into closed deals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote solar consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
  • Present customized solar solutions and overcome objections professionally
  • Close deals consistently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Manage your pipeline and follow-up process efficiently
  • Operate Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 7 PM availability window

What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

This is NOT an entry-level position. We need closers with documented success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven solar sales experience with verifiable metrics
  • Minimum closing percentage of 15% on qualified leads (provide documentation)
  • Track record of closing remote/virtual sales
  • Tech-proficient: comfortable with CRM systems, video conferencing, and digital proposal tools
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment
  • Availability Monday-Saturday during operating hours

Must Provide:

  • Detailed sales metrics from previous role(s)
  • Closing percentage on qualified opportunities
  • Average deal size and monthly/annual production numbers
  • References from previous sales managers
