We're a fast scaling solar sales company representing one of the top five solar installers in the UK, a brand with a glowing 4.9 star Trustpilot rating built on thousands of happy customers. As we grow, we're looking for experienced solar closers to join our remote sales team.
Why this role is different
Most solar companies struggle with lead flow. We don't have that problem. Our background is in solar lead generation, which means we generate more high quality leads than we can currently handle. You won't be self generating. You'll be doing what you do best, which is closing. Here's what we guarantee you:
- A minimum of 20 qualified meetings sat by you every single week, because our dedicated qualification process means you only ever sit in front of genuinely interested, prequalified homeowners.
- Every appointment is sat remotely from home via Google Meet, so there's no driving and wasted hours on the road.
- You'll also be joining a proven team with a proven system. Our current team have a strong, demonstrable track record, and you'll be plugging into a model that already works.
What we're looking for
This is not an entry level position. We need someone with a proven track record in solar sales. You don't need to have sold remotely before. If you've been selling in person and want to move to a smarter, more efficient remote model, this could be a perfect fit. We're looking for closers who can comfortably hit a minimum 20 percent close rate (to install).
The details
The role is fully remote, so you can work from home anywhere in the world. The hours are Monday to Friday, 10am until 7/8pm, with occasional Saturday availability. Earning potential is ยฃ80,000 to ยฃ120,000 OTE for strong closers, and your warm, qualified pipeline is supplied, so there's no lead generation required on your part. Earnings are completely uncapped.
