Responsibilities

  • Managing the annual PCI and SOC audits as well as customer assurance requests.
  • Performing internal reviews to identify control gaps and managing remediation.
  • Gathering and reviewing audit evidence as part of SOC and PCI audit programs.
  • Coordinating customer assurance questionnaires using the Shared Assessments Standard Information Gathering (SiG) framework.
  • Conducting process and controls reviews to identify improvement opportunities and ensuring implementation.
  • Preparing and managing audit evidence on the portal and coordinating assessment activities across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrating the team’s core values of Focus, Collaboration, Awareness, and Delivery.
  • Delivering against agreed deadlines while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.

Qualifications

  • Keen learner committed to delivering high-quality deliverables within agreed timescales.
  • Knowledge of IT risks, controls, technical knowledge of IT systems, operating systems and applications.
  • Experience in IT auditing, PCI DSS and SOC requirements.
  • At least 10 years’ experience managing IT audits including PCI and SOC reporting.
  • Degree in IT or equivalent, or CISA or CISM qualification.
