Overview
We are seeking a skilled PEGA Business Analyst with experience in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes to support a strategic transformation programme for a global financial infrastructure provider. This is a hybrid role offering remote flexibility alongside on-site collaboration with a high-profile client operating at the core of international banking and payments.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across PEGA workflow implementations
- Map and optimise SAP OTC processes for automation and integration
- Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories

Qualifications
