TNS has an opportunity for a Receptionist to become part of the Facilities Team providing admin support to TNS staff and assisting with the running of office facilities. This is a part-time, office-based role totalling 22 hours per week. The preferred working pattern is Monday to Thursday 8:30am–1:00pm and Friday 8:30am–12:30pm. Minor adjustments to start/finish times may be considered, however applicants must be able to work broadly within these hours.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the good housekeeping around the office, kitchen and meeting rooms
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Setting up and helping with staff events
  • Greeting and signing contractors and occasional visitors
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Assisting with the weekly Fire Alarm test
  • Assisting with staff arrangements such as booking accommodation and organizing travel
  • Assisting with facility tasks when needed – busy times, holiday cover
  • Any other Adhoc tasks
