Overview

Supporting the Risk Manager with SOC audits, Data Privacy, and Business Continuity management. Demonstrating the team's core values (Delivery, Collaboration, Efficiency, and Innovation) by using the five corporate dimensions (Vision, Virtue and Talent, Knowledge, Comparative Advantage, and Motivation).

Responsibilities

  • SOC audits
    • Coordinate the collection, review and submission of audit evidence in line with the SOC audit programme.
    • Engage with internal teams to obtain required documentation at regular intervals.
    • Upload and organise evidence within the audit portal for external auditor review.
    • Track remediation actions and support timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Data Privacy
    • Support the maintenance of TNS' Data Privacy framework and Data Register.
    • Conduct periodic reviews with business teams to validate records of personal data processing and sharing.
    • Ensure records remain accurate, complete and aligned with policy.
    • Assist in identifying gaps and supporting remediation activities.
  • Business Continuity
    • Support the maintenance and regular updating of Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
    • Collect and retain evidence of DR tests and outcomes.
    • Monitor and track follow-up actions from tests to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate DR testing activities such as cascade tests.
