Responsibilities

  • Interface with TNS leadership to identify and define workstreams that must be completed in order to integrate business acquisitions or execute other key initiatives.
  • Determine requirements to complete integration activities, including dependencies in other business areas, and structure project plans with appropriate sequencing of steps and completion criteria.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate workstreams with the relevant internal contributors to ensure timelines are met.
  • Represent TNS in interactions with external parties that are involved with key business initiatives to coordinate projects, and lead committees involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting that communicates project steps and timelines, along with key KPIs and status updates showing completion progress.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams to prepare reporting related to the performance of key initiatives.
