We are currently seeking a confident and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Executive to join our in-house compliance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance across the business, working closely with the Compliance Team Manager and regulatory officers such as the COLP, COFA, MLRO/MLCO, and DPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a confidential point of contact for compliance-related queries
  • Act as a point of contact for data protection and AML compliance
  • Assist with compliance training programs and policy updates
  • Process data subject requests (e.g., Subject Access Requests)
  • Investigate and report data protection breaches
  • Support reviews of compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact
  • Provide input into strategic decisions from a compliance perspective
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in internal projects
  • Help manage compliance communication and training initiatives
  • Record and report compliance failures and breaches
  • Assist with office insurance and SRA renewals

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (SRA, DPA 2018, AML 2017)
