We are currently seeking a confident and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Executive to join our in-house compliance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance across the business, working closely with the Compliance Team Manager and regulatory officers such as the COLP, COFA, MLRO/MLCO, and DPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a confidential point of contact for compliance-related queries
- Act as a point of contact for data protection and AML compliance
- Assist with compliance training programs and policy updates
- Process data subject requests (e.g., Subject Access Requests)
- Investigate and report data protection breaches
- Support reviews of compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact
- Provide input into strategic decisions from a compliance perspective
- Ensure regulatory compliance in internal projects
- Help manage compliance communication and training initiatives
- Record and report compliance failures and breaches
- Assist with office insurance and SRA renewals

- Previous experience in a legal compliance or risk management role
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (SRA, DPA 2018, AML 2017)
- Strong planning, communication, and analytical skills
